What We Grow
We grow nearly 200 varieties of vegetables, herbs and flowers. Almost all of our vegetable varieties are open-pollinated (as opposed to hybrid), organic seed. Many are heirloom (old, pure) varieties, known for their flavor and unique features. You can taste the difference!

CSA Member, Debra, says it well here: "I also appreciate the biodiversity aspect of your farm. I have always marveled at the Davis tomato (grocery store variety) in that it is utterly tasteless. And that someone actually designed a tomato with desirable qualities for packing but thought it was ok to take taste out of the equation! Without efforts to continue to grow heirloom varieties, I fear that we could end up having nothing but the Davis (don't know if that's the official name for it) tomato."
